John Adams picks up master toy licence for Pip Ahoy

The toy firm will invest in development of character led toys, scheduled to roll out in June 2015.

John Adams has signed as the master toy partner for the new preschool children’s animated series, Pip Ahoy.

The toy firm will invest in the development of a range of toys based on characters and themes form the show, currently airing on Channel 5’s Milkshake.

The toys will be launched to the UK market in June 2015.

Since its launch this June, Pip Ahoy has achieved positive responses from its core audience.

Simon Pilkington, managing director of John Adams believes that with strong NPD skills and robust sales and marketing strategies, the firm now offer CHF Entertainment “the ideal solution for Pip Ahoy.”

“We are delighted to be working with CHF Entertainment as Master Toy Licensee on Pip Ahoy,” he said. “Our experience in the pre-school market has grown considerably over the last few years with the introduction of several new character led ranges.

“Following this successful period of growth and development, it’s now the right time for us to take the next step as a master toy partner, and Pip Ahoy is the perfect property.
