John Adams buoyed by Cube success

Sales of the board game version of ITV's The Cube have boosted John Adams.

The firm says the game has been a "huge" sales success on the back of the gameshow’s latest series, screened on ITV this autumn, outstripping forecasts.

The show regularly pulled in more than five million viewers during October and November, consistently achieving in excess of 20 per cent audience share.

John Adams’ managing director, Simon Pilkington commented: "We’ve been blown away by demand for The Cube, following a warm reception at Toy Fair. This has been a huge success for John Adams. We’re doing our utmost to keep stock coming and satisfy customer demand."
