Reporting to the Sales Director your role will involve managing and developing current accounts, as well as seeking out new opportunities where relevant. You will be flexible in attitude, a genuine team player, passionate about delivering against personal targets, with great attention to detail. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to meet sales and margin revenue targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess account management skills gained from managing high street multiples and/or grocery accounts or perhaps you are an Account Executive looking for a role with scope for real internal progression. You will have strong commercial judgement, great forecasting and planning skills with an ability to look beyond short term business challenges combines with communication skills that make you a natural fit. Your career history will demonstrate the ability to drive strategic sales growth in a highly competitive and fast moving market.
A confident business developer, with a proven record of commercial success coupled with a background in FMCG or the toy industry, is required. A strong understanding of category management, pricing and ranging strategies will be highly beneficial.
