Joanne Gray has stepped into the role of UK sales director at Tomy as part of a management restructure.
Gray (pictured) will take on the role alongside her existing responsibilities as EMEA marketing director. She has been with the firm for over eight years, and has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise having worked closely with the Tomy International management team to build, grow and secure its global brand business.
Gray will now work on the strategic sales account planning model, establishing a closer and stronger collaboration between the UK sales force and the marketing team going forward.
"I actually started my career in sales 14 years ago and moved over to marketing a few years in, so I am relishing the opportunity of this recent change," Gray commented.
"As we prepare to announce our 2015 line-up with exciting new ranges, we will also be focusing a lot of our efforts on retail execution and creating strong brand statements at retail. The future is a bright one and there is much to look forward to for Tomy and our customers."
