Joanne Gray opens doors of The Progress Lab

Former Tomy sales and marketing director sets up new consultancy.

Former sales and marketing director at Tomy, Joanne Gray has officially opened the doors of her new marketing consultancy, The Progress Lab.

Gray has teamed up with ex-Tomy marketers Antonia Rainbow and Ruth Williams to create a team of 'Progressivists', who between them have decades of experience of working on brands such as Disney, McVitie's and Anadin (as well as Tomy).

The Progress Lab will offer support with the likes of defining brand strategy; product portfolio management; marketing communications planning; developing organisational culture; managing organisational change; and marketing team training and development.

"As a team we are all very different individuals but with complementary skills and experience," said Gray. "The major things we have in common are our love of marketing and the mind set that 'if you are going to do a job, do it properly'.

"We are pragmatic perfectionists who will give our clients' businesses the 120 per cent they deserve."
