Jakks Pacific has thrown its latest addition to the popular Spy Net collection in to the role-play ring, with the launch of the Spy Net Video Recon Bot.

The remote control vehicle that can be thrown in to an unexplored territory, to view behind enemy lines via a colour screen on its remote.

The latest addition will launch this July and will be TV advertised alongside the Spy Net collection this autumn/winter.

“We have had great success with innovative products within the Spy Net brand, it’s all about innovation,” said Jakks Pacific UK’s senior marketing director, Ken Goodison.

“The new Video Recon Bot is our prime time SKU, taking real life tech and making it available as a high tech toy that is both user friendly and durable.

“This vehicle can be thrown into an unknown area for surveillance finding. It roams via your hand held R/C, with a built in video screen.”

The new item will join Jakks’ portfolio of Spy Net products, including Spy Net Video Watch, Night Vision, Video Glasses and Ultravision Binoculars.

“Spy Net has set a new challenge to the market this year,” continued Goodison. “We have built real tech into our brand, delivering an inspirational line for young boys.

“Look out for our new Vibersonic range and a refreshed Laser Trip Wire system.”
