Jakks Pacific rolls out DC Super Hero Girls items

The toy retailer has joined forces with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on a global licensing deal that spans dolls, dress-up items and Get Ready for Action-segments.

Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Jakks Pacific are teaming up to develop a new line of items inspired by the DC Super Hero Girls franchise.

The new collection will boast action pose dolls, everyday dress-up and Get Ready for Action-segment items.

“We’re excited that Warner Bros. Consumer Products, with DC Entertainment, have chosen Jakks to partner on the all-new DC Super Hero Girls franchise,” said Jill Nordquist, SVP of Jakks Pacific.

“Our full range of products will inspire kids to break boundaries and to discover their inner hero through play.”

Jakks' DC Super Hero Girls collection is set to launch into retail during autumn 2017.

Julian Montoya, VP of global toys for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, added: “This groundbreaking franchise continues to expand and we’re thrilled for Jakks Pacific to join the global licensing program.

“With its new DC Super Hero Girls toy line inspired by the iconic female DC Super Heroes, kids will be empowered to get into the larger-than-life action.”
