VTech's InnoTab and Activision's Skylanders were spotted on the series three premier of the Cool Stuff Collective.

The show is hosted by Argos TV presenter Sy Thomas, who puts various kids products through their paces, with help from a gorilla costumed assistant.

The InnoTab was described as the solution to "no longer having to borrow mum or dad's tablet."

Speaking about the InnoTab appearance, Clive Richardson, marketing director at VTech said: "Following on from last week’s coverage on Something for the Weekend, this second placement on CITV is a great boost for the InnoTab.

"The media's response to InnoTab and the coverage, reflects the outstanding sales we are seeing already."

Sponsored by Nerf, the show is aimed at seven to 12 year olds and features the 'coolest gadgets' submitted by kids on the Cool Stuff Collective microsite.
