Hot Wheels launches 2013 UK retail tour

The Ultimate Challenge tour will visit 30 key locations in the UK; Fans can compete to become UK's Best Driver.

The Hot Wheels brand is embarking on the next phase of its high-impact campaign with the launch of its Ultimate Challenge Tour.

The tour will visit 30 key locations across the UK as Team Hot Wheels invites fans to contest friends and family in a selection of Hot Wheels challenges to win a host of prizes.

The tour will include four teams, tracks and challenges allowing kids to race, jump, perform stunts or build tracks.

In addition, young fans will have the chance to become the UK's Best Driver in a competition to win a ride to school in a Hot Wheels car driven by a Team Hot Wheels driver.

UK director of customer marketing and brand communications, Wendy Hill, said: "We are really excited about the tour and have seen great traffic to the website.

"It is a great opportunity to drive brand awareness and for boys to connect directly with the brand."
