Hasbro is looking towards its “most fun-filled Christmas ever” as it reveals its Top Toys for this year’s festive period.

And joining the roster predicted to be topping wish lists across the UK this year are the new lines from the stars of the silver screen, Transformers and Marvel.

The Transformers Stomp ‘n’ Chomp Grimlock action figure features a chomping jaw and light-up eyes and stands proudly alongside Marvel’s Avengers Super Hero Mashers.

The toy giant is also expecting big things from a new collection of Playskool Heroes, featuring Playskool Heroes Optimus Primal and KaPow Spider-Man Action Plush.

Meanwhile, Nerf is tapped to see a triumphant seasonal session with new lines in the Nerf Nstrike Elite Demolisher 2 in 1 Blaster with pump action fire power and motorised blasting.

Joining the collection is the Nerf Rebelle Agent Bow with the ability to fire arrows at targets up to 85 feet away.

Play-Doh also features as the Play-Doh Cake Mountain allows budding chefs to create different combinations of cake designs, while DohVinci targets young artists with its ability to produce 3D designs and shapes.

My Little Pony gallops on to the scene this year with the My Little Pony Equestria Girl Dolls and the Princess twilight Sparkle’s Friendship Rainbow Kingdom Playset.

Furby makes a return with the new Furby Boom Crystal series, designed to ‘add new colors and a touch of sparkle to the Furby family.’

For a more traditional Christmas, Hasbro revealed a new collection of family games destined to cause a clamour. Simon Swipe is a revamped version of the iconic Simon game from the 80s, while My Monopoly allows players to personalise their own Monopoly games for the first time.
