Hasbro is giving fans of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic TV series a chance to go behind the scenes, thanks to the introduction of PonyChat.

The official, kid-hosted My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic aftershow, will give fans the opportunity to go behind the scenes with storywriters, fans and parents to discuss important themes, friendship lessons and character developments throughout the Friendship Is Magic series.

PonyChat will feature six episode mini series, hosted by fans aged from six to ten years old, which will be played on the My Little Pony Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Elsewhere, the My Little Pony word ‘ponify’ has been added to the open source Webster dictionary.

As featured in Hasbro’s animated TV show, ‘ponify’ means to bestow the harmonious qualities relating to the magic of friendship, such as loyalty, generosity, kindness, laughter, and honesty.
