The products are to be launched later this year while additional products are to be developed over the next 12 months.
Both product and financial details have yet to be disclosed, although according to some reports the deal is worth $215 million.

Robert Daley, CEO of Thorley Industries said: “We are thrilled to be working with Hasbro. Hasbro is a worldwide leader in children’s products and we are excited to have reached this agreement.”
Founded in 2005, Thorley Industries focuses on nursery products, which it sells under the 4moms brand. Its products include the Digital Bath Spout Cover, which contains a digital thermometer and the Cleanwater Infant Tub.
