Grossman sees its customer base rise 12%

Company expects "amazing results" in 2013, too.

More retailers sourced toys from H Grossman in 2012 and now it expects another strong year.

The distributor saw its customer base increase by 12 per cent year-on-year from 2011 to 2012.

“2012 was an excellent year for us,” MD Martin Grossman told ToyNews.

“We found that the quality of listings went up year-on-year with even more new accounts coming on board. Lots of retailers were trying out our brands and this has really strengthened our customer base with lots of repeat orders.”

He expects the Elektra range of pogo sticks, scooters, skateboards and more to perform well, plus the dinosaur-themed Megasaurs and licensed Moshi Monsters lines.

“By the end of this year I would like to see our new Elektra range established. We had a great response at the shows and I expect to see amazing results. We have also been delighted with the response to Megasaurs.”
