Grandpa in My Pocket toys due 2013

Vehicles, figurines and play-sets will hit shelves under Hornby's Corgi Toys brand.

Hornby will produce a range of toys based on the hit pre-school TV show Grandpa in My Pocket.

The company has signed a worldwide toy licence with the show's creators Adastra Creative Limited.

Hornby will produce a range of official toys under its Corgi Toys sub brand, including plastic vehicles, figurines, play-sets and Diecast vehicles. 

The products will arrive in retailers during autumn/winter 2013.

Grandpa in My Pocket has been nominated for a BAFTA on three occasions and won the Welsh BAFTA for best children’s programme. The CBeebies show stars James Bolam.
