Golden Bear has reported that its Something Special toy line has completely sold out, having only been available in one major supermarket chain.

Inspired by the TV series shown on Cbeebies, Golden Bear only launched the line back on September. Now the toys are cropping up on sites including Amazon and eBay at triple their current selling price.

"We are overwhelmed with the success of the Something Special toys since their launch in September," said a spokesperson for Golden Bear. "Parents love the Something Special TV series with the topic being close to many parent's hearts, and the feedback we have had on toys only echos this.

"Mr Tumble has become a cult figure with both parents and children, and we'd hate for any fans to be disappointed at Christmas so are pulling out all the stops to get stores restocked ASAP."
