Whoever coined the phrase ‘good things come in small packages,’ obviously never come face to face with this.

Gentle Giant is casting an ominous shadow over the action figure market with its new life-size Darth Vader figure.

Standing at nearly seven feet tall, the monument is inspired by the vintage Kenner Darth Vader action figure.

The life-sized sith features various accessories akin to its 3.75 inch action figure counterpart, including a telescopic lightsaber and a vinyl cape.

Cnet reports that the monument was digitally scanned from an authentic mint condition Kenner figure.

While the seven foot monster is not fully articulated, its limbs can be moved like an action figure, allowing Star Wars fans to pose Lord Vader in to any number of his iconic stances.

Gentle Giant’s Darth Vader will be available in early 2015, and even if the giant monument doesn’t perform his iconic choke hold on you, perhaps the price tag of $2,600 will induce a similar reaction.
