The deal marks Carte Blanche's move into the toy industry with the evergreen Tatty Teddy property and its spin off brand - My Blue Nose Friends, which was launched in 2008. The two brands have joined together as a linked concept for the toy industry, with a new logo.
Flair is set to offer a creative play range which will include message makers, bead sets, re-usable gel stickers and headband decorating kits.
The products are set to hit retail in Autumn 2012, coinciding with a collectable Tatty Teddy and My Blue Nose Friends range from Worlds Apart, announced earlier this year.

Tatty Teddy, the grey bear with a blue nose, was created by Carte Blanche Greetings under the Me to You brand. Originally launched as a greeting card character, the brand now sits across many categories including plush, gifting, apparel, confectionery and stationery.
My Blue Nose Friends was launched 2008 and to date, has sold over 5.6 million pieces of plush in UK and international markets. The brand has expanded into children’s partyware, figurines, confectionery and gifting and plans for publishing and an animated TV series are in development.
