Flair hopes for Toy Story boost for Slinky

Flair is hoping to maximise sales of the iconic Slinky Dog on the back of Disney's renewed Toy Story activity.

The firm has the UK distribution rights to the toy, which is one of the most popular characters in Disney’s Toy Story films, with a third instalment launching next year.

Ray Dallavecchia, president and CEO of Poof Slinky commented: "Slinky Dog is a classic toy that has had huge appeal since its creation in the 50s.

"Since his appearance in the films we have experienced significant increases in this toy’s popularity and for this reason our distributor for the UK and Eire had to be a company that fits well with the toy’s retro appeal while also having a pedigree for success with heritage brands. For this reason, Flair is the ideal sole distribution partner for all Slinky Products."
