GP Flair's Peter and Andrew Brown have been acknowledged at the 2012 Toy and Games Industry Awards in a ceremony held in Chicago last week.

The event was held at the Field Museum of Natural History on November 16th, where the duo were presented with the Hassenfeld Family Humanitarian Award for their contribution to the Toy Trust.

"It is a truly overwhelming feeling to be recognised at the TAGIE Awards alongside my son," said Peter Brown. "It's been a privilege for Andrew and I to work with our Toy Trust and UK toy industry friends, who together have raised close to $5 million for disadvantaged children."

Andrew Brown added: "I am humbled to receive this award for my donation towards the Toy Trust."
