Tree Fu Tom master toy licensee, Flair has partnered with book publishers, Random House, to create a Tree Fu Tom activity for over 200 nursery establishments.

Now live across the nation, the new campaign aims to deliver Tree Fu tom books and toys to the show's core audience of children aged three to five.

Each nursery is being asked to hold a Tree Fu Tom day, featuring book readings, movement activities and colouring sheets based on the popular pre-school character, alongside merchandise information for parents.

Each participating nursery will also be given prizes to hand out to children.

The latest campaign from the two firms is expected to reach around 10,000-12,000 children and parents.

Kirsty MacKenzie, brand manager, GP Flair, commented: "We are delighted to be able to take our Tree Fu Tom collection into nurseries.

"Tree Fu Tom is all about the magic of movement and discovery and our activity pack is designed to enhance the child's experience of this."

Laura Mason, marketing manager, colour publishing, Random House, added: "We have for some time wanted to work directly with nurseries and in teaming with Flair we have been able to create a rewarding and positive experience for the children, while at the same time letting them discover the delights of reading through our Tree Fu Tom book series."
