The brands have been taken on following the administration of Corinthian ilast month. Both deals will take effect immediately.

Snuggle Pets launched in 2009 and will bring new brand extensions in autumn, including Pillow Chums, Friendly Puppy and the Storytime Bear.

Color Me Mine is a new brand that Corinthian was planning to launch in autumn. The brand will now join Flair’s creative division.

Simon Hedge, Flair’s commercial director, commented: “We are delighted to add these brands to the Flair portfolio. Snuggle Pets will take us even more firmly into the plush sector with a property that already has a recognised fan base.

"Corinthian did a great job at launching this rapidly developing brand and we aim to continue their good work, so ensuring Snuggle Pets takes up position as one of the market leading brands.

“The Color Me Mine brand is another inspirational brand. This new range of girls’ accessories can be coloured and decorated to make them truly unique to the user, and will sit well with our existing properties. We believe that Color Me Mine has a great future as part of our creative play division.”
