Fisher-Price gets a 'royal' visit at The Baby Show

Kate and William lookalikes get an exclusive viewing of the firm's stands up in Birmingham.

Ahead of the show officially opening today (Friday May 17th), headline sponsor Fisher-Price has been giving Kate and Prince William lookalikes a tour of its four stands at The Baby Show.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, and creating a good photo opportunity, the Royal Potty in pink and blue with a crown emblazoned on the seat caught the couple's eye.

'Kate' was also treated to a hand massage at the Fisher-Price Mums to Be Pampering area, while 'Will' popped over to the 'Something for Dads' stand to test out the Giant Discover n' Grow Bouncer.

Fisher-Price's Mel Murgatroyd commented: "As a fun family brand we wanted to find an entertaining way to continue to remain top of mind with expectant and new mums at this year's show.

"The royal birth is such a big talking point and we are delighted that the Royal Potty now has the 'royal seal of approval'."

Visitors to The Baby Show this weekend can test out new Fisher-Price products on the main stand, while there is also a créche filled with Laugh & Learn toys.

Laugh & Learn Puppy and Puppy's Sister will also be taking part in interactive performances on the main stage.
