Employees rate Mattel

Firm placed 70th in Fortune?s ?100 Best companies to Work For? list.

Mattel is the only toy firm to feature in the list published by the US business magazine.

Almost 100,000 people from more than 400 firms took part in the survey conducted by Fortune and The great Place to Work Institute in order to compile the list.

Mattel was noted for its ability to maintain a very high level of employee morale and pride, even during the recalls. Employees cited the firm’s commitment to leadership, integrity and openness.

Alan Kaye, senior vice president of human resources at Mattel, said: “We're proud to be named among this group of outstanding companies.
