Flair is strengthening its marketing teams to further develop its business. The company is advertising for a brand manager and a product manager to cover boys, girls and youth electronic brands in the marketing department.

The firm is looking for team players with a good sense of humour with energy, enthusiasm, are strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will be able to think and act commercially, must be computer literate and willing to learn.

Flair would ideally like to hear from candidates with one or two years brand or product management experience in the Toy, Nursery, Gift or consumer goods industry.

Those who are shortlisted will have plenty of common sense, be willing to make presentations, take care over written work and demonstrate good attention to detail.

Flair is a Fast Track 100 company which designs, manufactures, markets and distributes toy and nursery brands such as Gormiti, Sylvanian Families, Plasticine and Aqua Beads, along with some very well known licences.

The firm is medium-sized and is growing and expanding rapidly. It operates a very hands-on culture and there are opportunities to get involved in all aspects of trade and consumer marketing.

Flair has also been the recipient of a number of industry awards including Marketing & PR Campaign of the Year (Sylvanian Families) 2005 and 2007 (Gazillion Bubbles).
