Dick and Dom unveil LeapPad Ultra at Hamleys

Double act host VIP launch event at Regent Street store.
Publish date:

Children's presenting duo Dick and Dom helped to launch LeapFrog's new LeapPad Ultra at Hamleys yesterday.

The VIP event in the Regent Street store marked the official launch for the product - which is priced at £119.99 and recommended for children aged four to nine.

LeapFrog says that it is 'kid-tough' and ready right out of the box, with a kid safe web browser called LeapSearch by Zui. This allows children to explore pre-approved and age appropriate content in a safe, closed environment. The device also offers kid safe chat and allows peer to peer gaming when two or more devices are connected.

The seven-inch Duo Tech hi-res screen is also designed to help children learn to write using a stylus while supporting interactive touch experiences.

Other features include front and back cameras and video recorders, plus 8GB of storage for photos, apps, videos and more.
