A brand partnership between Crayola and Kelloggs has already got mums tweeting about how great the free crayons are.

Each 510g box of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies breakfast cereal will come with a free eight-crayon Crayola pack from August. Plus, the promotional Rice Krispies box will come with a black and white line art front panel which can be coloured in by kids.

The Crayola ‘Colouring In Together’ campaign will also be supported by TV, digital and press advertising. The promotion will run throughout the summer holiday period in Sainsbury’s stores, where special FSDUs will be on display.

And mums are already tweeting about the promo, including ChelseaMamma, JenniferJainBritMums, and many more.

“There is a natural brand synergy between Crayola and Kellogg’s,” said Richard Venner, Crayola’s senior brand manager from Vivid.

“Targeting a similar audience, the campaign aims to bring the Crayola brand to the nation’s breakfast tables, encouraging family interaction and creativity.”
