‘Girls Love Squinkies’ went on sale on March 30th and includes a branded gift and a foil bag collectable.
Character says the 36-page title by Signature Publishing is the perfect complement to its Squinkies TV advertising campaign, which will deliver over 1800 TVRs to girls aged four to nine this year.
Speaking of the activity, Kathryn Elliott Character Options product manager, said: “We have been creating Squinkies activity pages and double page spreads for girls’ magazines since the brand’s launch in 2011, so it was natural that it could translate into its own magazine.”
Signature Publishing's Abi Cannon said: “We are delighted with the outcome of the magazine which we believe will be really popular. Squinkies is a lovely brand to work with and has proved a favourite with the readers of our other girls’ titles; Easy Peasy and Pony Pals. Therefore creating a full magazine was an easy choice for us.”
