Character Options details New Year TV strategy

Character Options is ramping up its marketing activity in time for Boxing Day shopping with new TV campaigns to support major spring launches.

New adverts will be aired for key brands Disney Princess Palace Pets, Sky Dancers, the brand new Chill Factor Ice Cream Maker and the Peppa Pig Weebles collection.

There will also be a campaign for POP Chef, the new artistic food gadget which launches in late January.

All campaigns will run throughout the spring delivering over 400 TVRs in January alone. Each launch will also be supported with PR through kid’s magazines, social media and mainstream press.

“This New Year TV strategy is a major investment and emphasises the belief we have in these new product ranges," said Jerry Healy, marketing director.

"We expect demand to be high and so urge our retail partners to ensure they have good displays in place in order to benefit from the substantial marketing support we have organised for each line.”
