Character bolsters Hannah Montana range

Character Options has signed a sponsorship deal with Disney Channel UK around the Hannah Montana series.

The deal will run throughout this month and includes on-air and online messaging on Character’s HM toy range.

A series of dedicated sponsorship bumpers highlighting the product will rotate alongside the airings of Hannah Montana on the channel throughout the period and the campaign is set to reach nearly two million children.

To support the sponsorship, fans of the show will also be invited to enter a competition via the homepage of to win one of ten complete sets of the HM toy range.

Michael Cairns, general manager of Disney Channels UK and Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Character Options on Hannah Montana, which is currently one of the hottest tween properties in the UK and the world.

“Disney Channel is the home of Hannah Montana and this sponsorship offers Character Options a great opportunity to speak directly to its audience.”
