Cartamundi bolsters its sales team

New appointment and promotion confirmed by the company.

Cartamundi has confirmed two changes to its sales team.

Sadie Baile-Roberts (pictured right) joins the company as its new junior national account manager, while national account manager Hayley MacLeod has been promoted to UK retail sales manager.

Baile-Roberts will be managing some of Cartamundi’s key accounts, as well as winning new business and expanding the company’s distribution.

She joins Cartamundi from global technology leader Imagination Technologies where was a sales executive managing key accounts and independents for Pure, Imagination’s consumer products division, which has a strong focus on digital radio and multi-room wireless audio.

Prior to this she was Territory Sales Manager for field sales agency Tactical Solutions, working across a number of household FMCG brands. She has also worked as a retail business executive for lottery company Camelot.

Baile-Roberts will report directly to MacLeod. In her new role as UK retail sales manager, MacLeod will be heading up the UK retail and private label side of the Cartamundi UK business.

Baile-Roberts commented: “I am thrilled to be taking this role with one of the longest established and most respected companies in the toys and games business. This is a great opportunity to further build on Cartamundi’s success at a time when it is leading the field in introducing innovative products like Shuffle and doing great work with major brands like Disney and James Bond.”

MacLeod added: “The changes to my own role underline the confidence we in Cartamundi feel about our market potential for the coming year and beyond. We now can also boast an experienced and talented new account manager in the form of Sadie Baile-Roberts. I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
