The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the European sales and marketing team.
Duties will include working with the sales team to establish strategy for each class of trade and customer. Work alongside the senior VP will determine yearly and quarterly forecasts by product line and ensure maximum sales volume for the division.
Jakks are looking for someone who can develop sales plans with the team to fulfil the growth and revenue goals for the division.
The new VP will recommend product enhancements to improve sales potential, establish sales territories and quotas, develop account specific marketing product programs and coordinate product, pricing and marketing communication with sales reps in the field.
The role will involve European travel to see accounts and act as a liaison with the USA marketing and packaging team to develop product. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales of a product, strong communication skills and ten to 15 years of sales experience.
