Tomy has bolstered its Britains Farm Toys offering with the launch of two iconic JCB earth movers.

The latest models were unveiled at the construction themed adventure park, Diggerland in Strood, Kent last Wednesday, October 29th.

Britains Farm Toys previewed the new 1:32 scale JCB 86C-1 midi excavator alongside the JCB JS330 tracked excavator to an audience of journalists and model fans.

Guests – including the winner of the Britains Farm toys Biggest Collector Competition, 35 year old David Luxton – were offered an advanced look at the toy, before being treated to a ride in the real life excavators at the Diggerland park.

The two new models mirror their full sized counterparts and are available from specialist toyshops and online retailers, and will retail at £15.99 for the Midi Excavator and £24.99 for the JCB JS330 Excavator.

“Excavators are a staple machine on any construction site, so we are delighted to be adding to our range under the JCB license,” said Drew Gibson, sales and marketing executive at Tomy.

“What better place to be launching two new excavators than the playground for construction fans big and small.”
