Board Game Club the "perfect venue" to debut Midnight Taboo, says Hasbro

Hasbro believes tonight's Board Game Club event to be "the perfect venue" to debut its new adult title, Midnight Taboo.

Grown-up games fans, press and influencers are will head to the Piccadilly's every hotel tonight to play titles including Midnight Taboo, Cranium Dark, Speak Out and the firm's brand new Pie Face game, Pie Face Showdown.

"Partnering with Board Game Club gives our adult gaming range real credibility among board game enthusiasts, and the quirky underground bar is the perfect venue to introduce our latest adult addition," Craig Wilkins, marketing director at Hasbro, told ToyNews.

"Board Game Club combines the nostalgia of popular games with a really fun atmosphere, a key factor for the popularity of grown-up games amongst the adult community, and so it's a great hub for fans to spread the word about this fantastic new addition."

Board Game Club celebrates first anniversary

The grown-up game night – established in March 2014 – saw Cartamundi provide exclusive limited edition Board Game Club playing cards, while Hasbro provided attendees with a special 80th anniversary edition of Monopoly.
