Bandai has donated a range toys to Wave 105's Mission Christmas charity campaign.

The campaign aims to collect 54,000 toys for children in poverty across the South.

Bandai's marketing team and the lovely people at Checkpoint Inspection Services gathered together many cartons of girls and boys toys including Power Rangers, Ben 10, Harumika and Locksies toys to help boost the total of donated toys from the Hampshire public.

The radio station visited Bandai HQ this week to say thank you and have been playing an interview with product managers Vicki Elmer and Chris Pearce on-air to help promote the campaign.

"We hope our contribution to this wonderful cause helps the station achieve its goal of giving presents to all the disadvantaged children in our region on Christmas Day," said Elmer.

"We're so lucky to work in such a fantastic industry but it's also important to remember those children who are not fortunate enough to have toys bought for them, so we're delighted to offer our support and spread some Christmas cheer within our local community."
