In addition to his 9-to-5 duties at Flair, Andrew Brown has been on a promotional drive for his 3,000 mile Atlantic rowing challenge.

Appearing on the BBC Radio Surrey afternoon show (about 1 hour and 40 minutes in), Brown said that he was: "Slightly nervous and excited at the same time - I go between being utterly terrified to extremely excited."

Brown is raising money for children’s charities Help a Capital Child and ToyTrust. He told presenter Mark Carter: "Children often find themselves in positions when there’s nothing they could’ve done - these charities really turn their lives around, that’s really what’s hit me hard."

You can help Andrew reach his target of £100,000 by donating here.
