YouTube Kids signs as major sponsor for Digital Kids Show

YouTube Kids has signed up as a major sponsor for the upcoming Digital Kids Show this October.

A pioneer of internet video and a source of educational and entertaining content for children around the world, YouTube Kids will teach families how to use the app through a series of workshops.

YouTube’s animation teams will take over the show’s Children Media Zone as well as joining the event’s Advisory Board courtesy of Greg Dray, head of kids and family in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

“This is a big moment for us, YouTube Kids is an amazing platform which allows children to connect with fantastic video content whilst parents have peace of mind,” said Aisha Tilstone, founder of the Digital Kids Show.

“Their presence at the event is significant as the YouTube brand has such an influence on Generation Z. We’re excited to see their activation and we’re sure that the Digital Kids Show will provide a great platform for them to reach their target audience.”

Dray added: “We’re excited to take part in the Digital Kids Show connecting our brand with our target audience and building excitement around the app. Families will be able to take part in our workshops and learn all about the fun and safe online video hub we provide through the app.”

The Digital Kids Show will take place on October 29th and 30th at EventCity in Manchester and will feature a line up of YouTubers including Amy Lee 33 and LD Shadow.
