Since Nathanson brought Bananagrams to market in 2006, she has seen it go from strength to strength.
It has sold more than 6.5 million games in 31 different countries, with the stable now including five tabletop games, two Jumbo versions plus foreign language editions.
She has overseen the Collins Little Book of Bananagrams, partnered with the BAFTA Children's Awards and launched a tournament for primary schools.
