The 24th Perudo Championship took place on Monday (November 4th), with Dan Reade scooping the coveted prize.
Once again hosted by Konnie Huq (pictured with Reade) and held at The Groucho Club in London's Soho, the event saw participants bluffing their way through the game dubbed 'liar's dice'.
Reade began playing Perudo around 15 years ago at university and usually plays against just one opponent.
"True to form, the event was fast paced, fun and full of nail biting tension, and Dan did exceedingly well to battle it out to become the winner," said Richard Wells, sales director at Paul Lamond Games.
"We're delighted that in its 24th year, the Perudo championships are more popular than ever and that the game still evokes such passion and competitiveness along with the usual dose of bluff, counterbluff and hilarity."
