Nintendo Wii U toys will be handed out with fast food meals at Burger King.

A box has appeared on Burger King’s toy website, displaying the Wii U logo and the text “coming soon”.

The confirmation comes after a supposed US Burger King worker said the toys would launch in the US on October 25th.

It’s not yet confirmed what the toys will be.

However, the Wii U supports Near Field Communication technology (NFC), which means its tablet controller can detect motion and objects placed onto the touch-screen, which could potentially include Skylanders-style toys.
