The Westcoast Group is set to exceed the £1 billion revenue mark this year, after acquiring the entire share capital of InspirationWorks and its related firms Integrated Distribution Systems and Optimum Business Group.

InspirationWorks and IDS UK will continue to operate from St Albans, with no changes being made to either business’ infrastructure. Two Westcoast representatives will take up positions on the Board of Directors.

InspirationWorks said it accepted Westcoast’s offer to take advantage of being part of a larger group including wider product sourcing, financial flexibility and enhanced services and systems.
