West Design wins US award

Make Your Own Kaleidoscope picks up the Platinum Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Award and stars on US television.

Since winning the Platinum Award from the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, the West Designs product has been featured in the Best Educational Toys segment of The Today Show.

Part of the Creativity for Kids range, the arts and crafts kit lets kids to create their own Kaleidoscope. It has a refillable chamber which lets the owner swap different elements to create new kaleidoscopic effects.

The Platinum Award is the highest accolade given out by The Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, an independent consumer review group.

Each product shortlisted for the award is subjected to thorough testing by kids, parents and teachers to ensure 'enriching and engaging play experiences for children.'
