The Toy Industry Association has announced that next year's US Toy Fair will host Content Connection - a special educational programme aimed at brand owners and licensors who attend the show.
Taking place during the first two days of the fair - February 10th and 11th - Content Connection will expand on licensing-focused programming, presented in conjunction with Toy Fair 2013.
Sessions will cover topics such as opportunities for traditional and e-enhanced toy manufacturers and designers; pre-school market research; demographic trends; and best practices for licensing brands and properties, among others.
"We saw an unprecendted surge in licensors and entertainment executives over the past two years at Toy Fair," said Marian Bossard, VP of meetings and events at the TIA. "With that in mind, we've worked with experts in the field to create Content Connection to deliver an informative, interactive and research-driven programme greared specifically to Toy Fair's ever growing licensing community."
The US Toy Fair will run from February 10th to 13th at New York's Jacob K Javits Convention Center.
