US: Kids II aquires Rhino Toys and Taggies

The new products will broaden the toddler toy company?s offering.

Kids II now has ownership of all Rhino Toys and Taggies brands and products. 

Rhino Toys’ flagship product is the O-Ball while Taggies is renowned for its range of plush security blankets.

Kids II plans to strengthen and add designs to the collections, in a move which will provide them with an “imaginative and differentiated assortment” of infant and toddler toys.

Ryan Gunnigle, president and CEO of Kids II said: "Kids II is an innovative company with a targeted mission of developing the industry's most relevant brands, products and designs."
