US: Downton Abbey dolls in the works

Knockout Licensing signs Bradford Exchange which will produce official figures.

A line of collector dolls and figures based on the hit TV show Downton Abbey will launch in the US.

Knockout Licensing signed Bradford Exchange as a licensee for the show in North America. It will manufacture and market the dolls which will be based on popular Downton Abbey characters.

Since the early 1970s, The Bradford Exchange has produced unique limited edition collectables and fine gifts.

"These new Downton Abbey licensees all make beautiful products - great as gifts or collectibles - which Downton fans will be proud to own for years to come," said Knockout Licensing Co-President Carole Postal.
