Organisers of the Chicago Toy and Game Fair are expecting to attract more than 25,000 visitors this year as the show celebrates its 10th anniversary on November 17th and 18th.

The Chicago Toy and Game Group has extended its contract with venue Navy Pier, guaranteeing more space for exhibitors and visitors.

Mary Couzin, founder and president of the Chicago Toy and Game Group, said: "We just think we can do more and more. 12 years ago I went to the Game Fair in Essen, Germany and thought 'wow, we can do this in Chicago too.' Today, we're celebrating the achievements of toy and game inventors from around the globe and promoting the incredible benefits of play to the world at large.

"Navy Pier is one of the best play spaces in Chicago, and Chicago is the toy and game inventor capital of the world, so it's a perfect space to tell our story and play together with 25,000 people."

Exhibitors can now register online for the 2012 Chicago Toy and Game Fair at www.ChiTag.com.
