US: 436 retailers signed up for TIA Fall Preview

Over half of the top 25 sellers in the US within the pre-registered visitor list.

The annual by-appointment-only event runs for three days in from October 4th to 6th and allows toy manufacturers and buyers from mass market retailers to preview new products more than a year in advance of in-store delivery.

To date, 436 retailers from 28 countries are pre-registered: Barnes & Noble, Big Lots, Costco, JC Penney, Radio Shack, Sam’s Club, Sear’s Holdings Corp, SkyMall, Target, Toys R Us, Walgreens and Walmart.com, among others.

The roster of more than 200 exhibiting companies includes Funrise, Leapfrog, Melissa and Doug, Playmobil and Silverlit alongside first-time exhibitors such as Asmodee, Talicor, Thames & Kosmos and Zike.

Further networking opportunities are available during the Fall Toy Preview opening night party on October 4th. Each exhibiting company will receive two tickets. Additional tickets cost $25 and all proceeds will benefit the Toy Industry Foundation (TIF).
