University Games will introduce a new board game based on the show for launch this autumn.

The series, hosted by comedian, actor and television presenter, Alexander Armstrong, returns to BBC Two daytime for a second run in March 2010.

The board game will closely follow the Pointless TV format. Players aim to score the fewest points possible by searching out those little known answers. The Holy Grail is a Pointless answer that no one else has thought of.
