The UK's leading bike and car accessories retailer, Halfords has added Turbospoke's Bicycle Exhaust System to its line-up.

The product will hit 120 Halfords stores this month, priced at £17.99, including all 70 superstores and outlets in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Using a universal mount, three sound cards and a megaphone exhaust pipe, Turbospoke attaches to any kind of bike and creates realistic motorcycle sounds as the child cycles.

It doesn't use any batteries and transforms the look of a regular bike with the addition of a satin silver exhaust pipe and realistic exhaust tip.

"We're really excited to see Turbospoke being stocked in Halfords," said Tom Maxwell, director of sales and marketing at Turbospoke. "We see Halfords as the natural home for Turbospoke; a product that allows children to accessories their bikes in an auto-themed way, so while dad is buying car polish and spanners, his son can marvel at an exhaust system for his bike."

Ernest the Bear is the UK and Ireland trade distributor of Turbospoke.
