Toys R Us opens temporary 'pop-up' Christmas store on New York?s Broadway.

Located at 692 Broadway, in the former Tower Records building, the pop-up store will officially open on October 1st and will operate through January 31st.

In addition to offering the latest toys for Christmas, the four-level store will also feature dolls, action figures, electronics and educational toys plus New York-branded souvenirs.

"As the busy holiday shopping season approaches, we are pleased to offer another convenient location in New York City to assist families with all their toy-buying needs," said Ron Boire, President, Toys "R" Us, North America.

"This temporary site is a great complement to our international flagship store in Times Square, and we are excited to offer shoppers access to The World's Greatest Toy Store in the busy NoHo neighbourhood."
