TP Toys signs up for Facebook

TP Toys is planning to use social networking site, Facebook, as its latest marketing tool.

The Worcestershire-based manufacturer of children’s outdoor play equipment, has announced that it will be running competitions exclusive to those who connect with the company’s group on the Facebook site.

Starting in August, the firm will offer a range of outdoor toys as prizes in the new campaign. The first prize in the competition will be the new Spiro Hop seesaw.

To ensure the competition entry procedure is made easily available to Facebook users, a special code will be sent to all TP’s Facebook fans, which they can then use to enter the exclusive competitions via the company’s site.
